What Kitvine is

Kitvine ("we", "us") is a platform where creators publish media kits and brands discover, invite and collaborate with them. We provide the tools; the collaboration itself — the product, the content, the payment — is an agreement between the brand and the creator.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
• Creators must own the social account listed in their profile. Follower counts, engagement rates and audience details must be honest. We may remove profiles that appear to use purchased followers or fabricated stats.
• Brands must represent a real business and may only contact creators about genuine collaboration opportunities.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account.

Free for creators

Creators never pay to use Kitvine and we take no commission on anything a creator earns. Brands pay a subscription to access creator search and campaign tools; pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Collaborations

• When a brand accepts a creator's application, or a creator accepts a brand's invite, the two of you are "matched" and can message, agree terms and exchange product and content on Kitvine.
• The commercial terms of a collaboration (deliverables, timeline, payment, usage rights) are between the brand and the creator. Kitvine is not a party to that agreement and doesn't guarantee that either side will perform.
• Brands are responsible for paying creators directly and on time as agreed. Creators are responsible for delivering what they agreed to and for complying with advertising disclosure rules (for example, marking sponsored content #ad or #gifted as required by the FTC, ASA or your local regulator).
• Unless the brand and creator agree otherwise in writing, the creator keeps ownership of content they produce and grants the brand the usage rights described in the campaign brief.

Your content

You own what you put on Kitvine. You give us a licence to display it for the purpose of running the platform — showing your media kit to people you share it with, showing your profile to brands, delivering messages. You can remove it at any time by editing your profile or deleting your account.

What you can't do

• Misrepresent who you are, your audience or your business.
• Scrape, bulk-download or resell data from Kitvine.
• Use Kitvine to send spam, harass anyone, or contact creators about anything other than collaborations.
• Post content that is unlawful, infringing or hateful.
• Circumvent the platform to avoid brand subscription fees after using it to find a creator.

We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Reviews

Brands may review creators after a completed collaboration. Reviews must be honest and about the work. We can remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or appear to be fabricated.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We can close accounts that violate these terms. Either way, brand subscriptions already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Disclaimers and liability

Kitvine is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, that any creator or brand will respond, or that any collaboration will succeed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for creators, is nothing).

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is material we'll email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Kitvine after that means you accept the new terms.
